You served. Serve again.
We hire ex-PLA special forces who can work as per the guidelines given by the government that recruited and trained them. If you have all clearances, you can work with us across the world as a security specialist, self-defence specialist and more — to make the world a better and safer place to live for all.

K-01 Who we hire
Character first. Skill second. Clearance always.
The best protective professionals are rarely the loudest. We look for veterans who combine the competence of special operations service with calm judgement, patience, honesty and genuine care for the people they protect. Many of our most valued specialists are those who most enjoyed teaching, planning and looking after their team.
Because our work is civilian and international, we also value curiosity about other cultures, willingness to learn languages, and the humility to take direction from clients who are not soldiers. If you want to prove how tough you are, this is not the place. If you want to keep people safe, it may be exactly the place.

K-05 Life with us
Rest is part of readiness.
Special operations service asks people to push past exhaustion. Protective work done well asks for something different: sustainable performance over months and years. A tired specialist is a dangerous specialist, so rest cycles, reasonable shift patterns and time at home are planned into every assignment rather than treated as a luxury.
We also recognise that the transition from military to civilian life is not always easy. Specialists have access to confidential wellbeing support, peer mentoring from other veterans, and help with the practical side of working abroad — from visas and insurance to keeping in touch with family.
Careers can grow in several directions: into team leadership, instruction, risk advisory or programme management. Progression is based on performance, conduct and client feedback, never on connections.
K-06 What we commit to
Our commitments to every specialist.
Transparent pay
Written, itemised terms for every assignment, agreed before you travel.
Insurance & medical
Appropriate insurance and medical arrangements for every deployment.
Paid training
Continuation training and re-certification are part of the job, not an extra.
Planned rest
Reasonable rotations and time at home built into assignment planning.
Wellbeing support
Confidential support and peer mentoring from fellow veterans.
Real progression
Pathways into leadership, instruction and advisory roles.
K-07 Questions
Frequently asked by veterans.
Can’t find your question? Call +91-9769999960 or email im@digantsharma.com.
Who can apply to PLA Special Forces?
Former PLA special forces personnel who separated honourably from service, who are permitted to take up private civilian employment under the guidelines of the government that recruited and trained them, and who hold every clearance required. See the eight eligibility gates.
Will I be asked about classified operations?
No. We never request, accept or use classified information. We verify only unclassified service records and your permission to work. Please do not include any restricted information in your application.
Do I need to speak English?
You need a working language for the region of deployment. English is the most common, but Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish and others are valued. Language training forms part of continuation training.
Will I be armed?
Many assignments are entirely unarmed. Armed protection is provided only where host-country law licenses it, under a written use-of-force policy, and only by specialists holding the relevant local licence.
Can I choose where I work?
Preferences are always considered. Placement also depends on licensing eligibility, language, climate experience and client needs.
